As a Deployment Strategist, you will work as part of a team of product designers, data engineers and software engineers to implement OA’s flagship platform Atom. Reporting to the Director of Operations, your key responsibilities will include:

• Working with client management teams and other stakeholders to define financial and operational reporting requirements to guide platform design and implementation;
• Preparing, testing and validating financial models, using our suite of advanced technology tools, to deliver meaningful reporting to key stakeholders in a digestible format; 
• Manage daily interactions with clients to ensure a smooth and surprise-free delivery of our solutions and to ensure their requirements are met; and
• Providing feedback to our software engineering and product development teams to drive our product roadmap and future reporting features to better serve our clients.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field;
• 2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling;
• Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience;
• Working knowledge of financial strategies;
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
• Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; and
• Experience working with Tableau or other business intelligence platforms is a plus.

• A desire to implement second-level thinking and a strong desire to dive to find answers to complex business problems; and
• An ability to scale findings and proposals to audiences ranging from business analysts to senior executives and other key stakeholders.
